On Feb. 6, 2024, the U.S. District Court in Arizona issued a ruling vacating the registration for the low-volatility dicamba products XtendiMax, Engenia, and Tavium. We respectfully disagree with the ruling and are assessing next steps. Our top priority is making sure growers have the approved products and support they need to safely and successfully grow their crops, and we will keep our customers updated as we learn more from the EPA in advance of the 2024 growing season.
For applicators spraying in states that accept online training, register to take the course. If your state is not listed, they have not approved online training at this time*.
